Graphic Design Services Contract
Contract Agreement
This Graphic Design Services Contract ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Tay W. Graphics (hereinafter referred to as "Designer") and [Client's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Client") as of the date of acceptance by both parties.
Scope of Work
The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services as outlined in the service proposal agreed upon by both parties. The Client acknowledges that these services may involve design concepts, revisions, and deliverables as detailed.
Last Minute Revisions
Last minute revisions requested after the Client has submitted all necessary information for the service will not be accepted. Any additions or changes made after this submission will incur a fee of $25.
Photo Quality
The Client agrees to provide high-quality photos for all design services. The Designer is not responsible for the quality of images provided and retains the right to refuse any images deemed insufficient for design purposes.
Revisions
The Client is entitled to no more than two (2) revisions of the initial design. Any further revisions requested after the two included revisions will incur a fee of $25 per additional revision.
Payment and Refund Policy

The Client acknowledges that there are no refunds once the first payment is made for services rendered.

Deliverables and files will not be released to the Client until full payment has been received.
Communication
Effective communication is vital for the success of the project. The Client agrees to respond to initial emails within 48 business hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the project and forfeiture of payment. If the Client wishes to reopen the project after cancellation, a fee of $55 will apply.
Originality and Inspiration
The Designer is open to inspiration from other designers but will not copy any work. All designs will be original and unique to the Client's brand.
Rewording Rights
The Designer reserves the right to reword any content not aligned with the agreed-upon service. If the Client has not paid for copywriting services, this will be executed at the Designer's discretion.
Project Timing and Communication
The Client acknowledges that the Designer will provide an estimated turnaround time for the project once the first payment has been received. To ensure a smooth workflow, the Client agrees to refrain from frequent messaging regarding project updates. The Designer will communicate important milestones and any necessary updates throughout the process. The Client appreciates this approach to maintain focus on the design work while ensuring an
efficient collaboration.
Agreement Acceptance
By booking with TayW, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this contract. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.
